Re. financing. Everybody agrees we've got a great resource and should have a banger DFS, problem now is we're in the orphan stage: where are we going to find the money long-term (short term cash on hand should be fine for forwarding project). Going to be hard to access debt in the jurisdiction and broader recessionary environment. Cap raise would be brutal because of our tight register, and seems unlikely given the tightly held interest by the management. That leaves... offtakes or takeovers. hard to get an offtake going when we don't have our DFS out yet and are 2-3 years away from production. Might be hope after the DFS though.

And then there's the possibility of a takeover. Not strictly financing, given the company is bought out, and perhaps not desireable for those in it for the long haul, but still, a simple solution. Question is, who wants us? Who isn't afraid of the jurisdiction and has the capital? (not rhetorical - I'm curious and don't know).
