Nothing surprises me these days but I'd like to think that common sense would prevail around the remuneration piece going forward. Time will tell, but SHs would hit the roof if they tried to pull off another easy round like that - to the point where I'd doubt it would pass a vote.
Regarding comms, it's a fair point. Maybe a note to JP on this point would be in order? At least put it on his radar. I've never met the guy but will try and reach out by email.
