The third expansion looks like what GLN is doing. Maybe they wait until GLN gets the evaporation process finished and then take them over?
Maybe they expect GLN will need until 2029
Orocobre is probably a good example that it could take quite long to get the process right
Not sure what GLN milestone would trigger a takeover
