I think you are panicking. This news is worrying and I will be watching closely but selling now seems to be a knee jerk reaction to what is an unknown situation. I am optimistic that we will likely see the Argentinian economy stabilise before the years end and the impact of export taxes will have no tangible impact on GLN for many years. 

Orocobre was able to get their project off the ground during the last populist government. Yes, there is increased uncertainty and increased costs from higher taxation/tariffs however GLN will likely not be producing for many years and it is impossible to predict what government policies will be in effect then.
