Good find Skywalker6....this is what i have suggested in the last couple of my posts , that this was far more likely to happen now with a lot talk going on behind the scenes trying to make this happen. The AKE/Livent merger development too this week means it almost has to happen or the US administration is going to look particularly stupid as you will have the largest US owned exporter of lithium in Argentina effectively frozen out of its own home market.

While not a formality yet, this indicates it definitely is on the radar to go ahead in the near term. Lets see what happens on Monday, but if the market is rational and can connect dots ( which to be honest isnt often the case ) this should give the price another kick along on Monday.
