I'm inclined to agree and that was my initial thoughts this morning on seeing the halt.
However it does beg the question - if there is interest from an offtake partner in an agreement and prepayment to cover part of the gap to production - why not announce that first, then raise the remainder north of $2 where it will rocket straight past on the news?
Seems a bit backwards, but perhaps the offtake is conditional on first raising the necessary capital to be fully funded.
Either way this has got a long way to run and the dilution from this raise is fairly minimal in the grand scheme of things.
