It is undervalued based on an EV/LCE basis compared to peers, but granted this doesn't take into account the other factors you mentioned like the capex requirements and the fact that it is pre-DFS.
The delays in the DFS don't look good, especially all the remarks made after the end of Q1. JP's motto used to be under promise and over deliver, but this hasn't been the case for the last few months.
