Can’t recall where I read the timing, Mondy, but the number stuck in my head as very much an upper limit.
DFS is a fairly technical document so I’m sure it’s more of a compliance review to ensure it has various sections, disclosures etc. in there. I doubt ASX has the capacity or capability to review at any deep technical level.
ASX docs online state to allow 5 business days to review something like a notice of AGM, so I guess a few extra days isn’t too off the wall for a DFS compliance review, IMO.
