Whilst I don't want to speculate, I believe it is reasonable to anticipate the Capex for Stage1 will be in that range. It was also mentioned by JP in one of his videos. Let's wait for the DFS announcement to get a clearer understanding.
Now here is an important point everyone may want to consider....The capex which will be for Stage 1, might actually function as sort of a prepayment for development of Stage2. In other words, we're essentially investing in Stage2 during Stage1 to a certain extent.
It would be highly beneficial if the board effectively communicates this to the market, providing clear articulation of the overall strategy. This way shareholders and potential investors can better grasp the long term vision and the significance of this initial capex spend.
Also...sentiment can swing really fast in this end of the stock market. A positive announcement during the Fastmarkets conference would be fantastic.
