The resource is the best in the region, the capex and opex is low, we have a low cash burn, with money in the bank and have commenced construction to produce, with first production in 2025. We also have some highly experience SQM VPs in production/project execution and sales, I don't view that really being a big risk either other than JP being a bit green in comparison to the others
There aren't any major red flags.
The big question is funding, but a chloride product will
be highly profitable and much easier than carbonate. Very attractive return on investment.
I imagine they will easily obtain financing, so I don't view this as a big risk other than some possible dilution, but if we are making $$$ then who cares?
Not worried about a takeover, M&A averages $/LCE value this far higher than the stock market does (Refer HOOPZ excellent charts
The board won't sell 18 months from production, not for less than $1billion USD anyway.
