I think this exact issue will have a big impact on how negotiations/offers occur. Acquirers are aware of what happened with LTR and so I don't think anyone would make a formal offer until they are almost certain GLN will accept it. GLN can't report anything to market if no formal offer comes through, SP can't pump. Acquirers could also add any whisper to market will kill the negotiations. Then again, GLN could entertain any TO discussion until the offer is made, and then walk away and report public for the SP pump to then raise the capital themselves. A tricky game.
