the board could suggest the TO party to give an offer because the management can't Veto a takeover without us shareholders. let the offer come and let us the shareholders respond. If they are giving AUD 4 a piece by End of August 2023 I may consider.
I think u are right too the LTR offer really puts ALB in a tight spot.
