I am referring to the comment JP made answering a qurstion on a recent webinar, minute 17.20, about funding stage 1 “pre-payment, debt as well”

So sounds like a local processor with spare capacity pre-paying for the NiCl product. Debt sounds like something separate, or quite possibly in tandem. The funding gap I believe is about $80m, so not that huge

Coincidently i was listening to Joe Lowry’s podcast with Lithium Argentina yesterday. They made the point that it did not make sense for every project in argentina to have its own plant. I think the Galan model for stage 1 & 2 of outsourcing the conversion of LiCl makes a lot of sense. Stage 1 daily concentrate output would amount to about two tankers worth a day, so very do-able logistically
