Bouncing between .70 and 74 like a ping-pong ball atm. Sensation to me is that sector is turning the corner. Also - phase 2 DFS drops this month. Hope the capex isn't nuts, would like to have been trading higher before the market has to swallow that pill. That said, perhaps a lot of the phase 1 construction work will subsidise phase 2 capex.
