Not sure if you realise but every time you say that you are misquoting JP. I think that it was confusing and awkward phrasing, so I'm not surprised that many people misheard it (I had to go back to the transcript to be sure). At the same time it's difficult for JP to be precise when there are processes outside of his control including ASX review which can take days or weeks depending on their current areas of focus (i.e. what they have decided that they need to start cracking down on). JP just needed to build more fat into the schedule to deal with unexpected delays, however I can also understand that given investors (including myself if I'm honest) want everything delivered ASAP it's hard to justify putting too much fat into the schedule.

I'm hoping the DFS gets delivered next week (a few days either side of the expected date is neither here nor there) given that I keep hearing that everything is on track. However, if something comes up which causes a last minute delay (of more than a week) I'm hoping they will give a quick update so we know what to expect and investors (who are uber sensitive right now) are not left hanging.
