Hi All, I dip in and out of this forum - seems principally focussed on company specific issues, but i put a very large part of the share price malaise down to Argentina specific risk and uncertainty related to the election / inflation and ability to repatriate cash flows ultimately.
Can anyone direct me to any good analysis or commentary on this?
Based on what i know it seems both candidates are trying to appear reasonably pro-business and the federalised system means that nationalisation risk is pretty limited. But it would seem to me that Milei's Dollarisation plan would be a bit of a silver bullet to solve the inflation and cash flow repatriation issue in one go which should warrant a pretty dramatic re-rate for GLN (although i dont imagine it will be easy and Milei sounds like a right wing loon in many other respects).
