Hoopz,the Atlas deal looks like it is now going through, they went over 50% take-up this week. Their resource is right next to GLN on the Hombe Muerto, and so this deal provides an excellent value reference point for GLN take over value
Atlas is inferior to GLN in three major ways 1) only 2/3 of the resouce is indicated, none measured 2) grades are for DLE not ponds 3) it only just released a PEA and so is at least a year behind GLN in project advancement.
Looking at the rest of your sector M&A analysis, what premium to the Atlas price would you apply to GLN for these factors, and so what does the Atlas deal imply GLN might be valued at in a take-out.
a comparrison analysis between Atlas and GLN would be interesting.
