i heard they got a much lower price than they expected because the buyer took advantage of the bear cycle in Lithium stocks. The company had told everyone some months ago that a bid was coming and that attracted a lot of traders who were just happy to make a profit in a bear market and didn’t want to hang around for a better bid.

But this does provide a floor guidance price for GLN, once adjusted given GLN’s obvious advantages. I think GLN will get some kind of funding deal together in the next couple of months wihich will take the stock higher.
