I haven't come across other junior companies who are that specific on details. Most of them are quite generic.
The board seem to keep their cards very close to their chest. There is probably a reason for this as we are not privy to what's happening behind the scenes. I am going to speculate that there are quite a few deals and negotiations going on right now, and that if anything was 'announced', it may affect the outcome. Let's see what happens in due course..........
