Who could serve as our initial offtake partner for stages 1 (and 2)?

Closely monitoring our neighbours at Hombre Muerto - Livent and Alkem, set to merge into Arcadium by the year's end. Just noticed their plans for LiCl production using brine from Hombre Muerto and a chemical processing plant (Guemes, owned by Livent) (picture below the new strategy of Arcadium, combining Livent's and Alkem's assets). It's intriguing that JP has provided a projection for the offtake announcement that coincides with the merger timeline (end of the year or early next year). However, can this potential offtake for GLN be considered domestic market, considering we haven't obtained the export license yet and need to sell within Argentina (Arcadium will be an international company)?

It also seems that Gangfeng has been building its own LiCl plant in Guemes. So more optionality for GLN.
