I'm actually quite bearish on funding being sorted before a capraise but I disagree with you that this pump today will lead to them triggering the cap raise.
My reasoning as to the pump today in order of likelihood is:
1. Low liquidity and SOI of GLN = outsized green on a broad market green day.
2. Leaky ship
3. Encumbents taking up a stake in echo of moves that have been happening in WA.
