No, we were 69.5c before the announcement. Unless you mean when the insiders knew of the announcement a couple of days before. The same insiders that would know if there was a CR coming and would have sold already close to highs.
The CR may be required as part of closing the off take and funding. JP, always clueless/indifferent when it comes to the retail base. His masters are elsewhere.
