JP is an absolute deer in the headlights when it comes to dealing with brokers and investor communication. He effed up CRs in the past by signalling them months before needed (even when they weren't needed) and looks like he is doing again. Should have just gone in trading halt after the Glencore announcement and did the CR then. That's what the smart CEOs do. Even if you get a 20% discount your share price has already had a decent unencumbered run. I've literally spoken to him about this years ago. He is a bunny when it comes to this and so are his directors. They are all responsible.
