Yeah its because we started constructing the thing before we had the money to finish it. If I remember correctly last Q was something like $13m on construction costs.
The glencore deal is not yet finalised, the board has a duty to ensure solvency so need cash soon, especially considering the time of year and the state of the market.
Why get into this situation is a very good question!
