The Glencore prepayment deal is actually for the first five years offtake for phase one (2025-30), not just 2025
The announcement of this deal has spurred a whole new raft of interest from other parties with new offers coming in for Phase 2 and other types of financing. The company put out an announcement about this last week. Some of those deal proposals will likely include strategic equity. The company is in a position to pick and choose the best route forward for shareholders.
it is worth noting that JP and Terry Gardner dipped into their pockets and bought another $250,000 of stock on market during the recent share price softness. Their interests are the same as the rest of us.
