yep but that estimate could be understood in case of catastrophe and end of operations due to mayor causes. A more realistic value is using the comparison method with what is happening on the international scene in terms of the purchase and sale of lithium deposits and at which price are they happening... because in case of no need a good price will be what the report points out? I don't think so... That price is if you buy it and you keep it and don't do amything with the land and the deposits. You have to add the intrinsic future value for a more realistic value.
