True, she could fund it with the loose change behind the Rinehart couch. Few other projects have such backers though. I suspect she and Chris have a very long-term view here, hence MIN were happy to bid up all sorts of specs at the tops (DLI, KM1, WC8 et al). The issue for those shareholders is that the majority owners can afford to just sit and them for some time far in the future and see shareholder value dwindle right down.
