    Why is it considered a high priority to fill pond 1? What's driving the urgency in this matter? Would 2 or 3 months have made a difference?

    If GLN's decision to increase their equity position was a late conditional change initiated by Glencore, why hasn't this information been communicated to the market to address concerns and provide reassurance?
