Didn't expect to be here at this price, but you could speculate what could have happened. Glencore deal all good then stage 2 was talked about and GLN said we feel we can get deals elsewhere so Glencore drag out DD and funding knowing the pressure this will put on GLN. Then throw in potential export license in a few months and you can see why GLN wouldn't fold to Glencore pressure for stage 2.
