Hi all,

new to the GLN side of hotcopper, i've come from camp AGY trying to diversify a little.

done my research on GLN today and hoping you guys would be so kind as to help me out with a few questions:

1) Do we have a sense of how much of Phase 1 construction is complete in terms of camp & infrastructure not including
- Pond 1 liner installation 50% complete
- Buffer wall installed at 35% mark of pond 1, filling commenced, evaporation commenced
- Pond 2 earthworks 30% complete

2) What's the go with future funding and the whole Glencore thing? Who are they? is it going to happen? when? what does it fund? do we know on what kind of terms? someone said earlier in the forum something like 12% interest or something.
(from investor presentation slides: "Glencore has also offered to provide or facilitate a Financing
Prepayment Facility up to US$ 100 million")

3) What does this mean: "current production ponds included in Phase 2 requirements"? Does that mean they're building the phase 2 ponds during phase 1? Does "Pond 2" refer to the pond for phase 2?

4) I note that there's $19m in the kitty, with another $19.5m raised, and a quarterly cash burn rate of $15.1m. It seems either the directors are expecting financing soon then? or a rise in share price that makes raising later more favourable?

5) Do we think 5.4k tpa is realistic for H1 2025?
They still have to commission the plant, hire all the staff, get the filtering process optimal and fine-tuned, gather enough product from the pond before-hand, etc. What do we think is more realistic -- 2026?

6) There's been comments on the forum around Glencore having cold feet with the loan, am i wrong? what's going on there?
