Agree here the CFO is way out of his league.
But having said that,we need to step back and look at the bigger picture... the board needs a revamp . I think the first change we need is Chairman to step down. The chair is supposed to lead the board and ensure directors are held accountable. The chairman's responsibility is to guide the company's strategy and corporation governance.
To me he has been ineffective and has failed.
