About the "drainable factor" hmmm it is like scratching my left year with my right hand over my head ...
now seriously, I think GXY used a 15% specific yield, which would be your combined porosity and drainable factor; GXY value would be 6 times bigger that the 2.5% in your calculation (25% x 10%)
So, using the same yield as GXY used, your calculation would end up as 3mil tLCE resource.
