I've been hearing that for almost 2 years know.
The reality is that they've been spot on, as opposed to the so called experts like JL or our very own Daniel, who have been completely wrong for 2 years.
Whatever you and I believe won't change a thing: their report is spot on and we should be ready for another price crash of 25%. Thats the real world.
