it's just a feeling only... but I think the Ann. about financing will only be announced after March 20. my sense is that they will have scheduled signing post-SPP. just a gut feeling. It's been kind of a trend that you deliver good news after a raise to reward investors... most miners do that. but hey.. what do I know
