If all these secret non-binding offers are dependent on Galan getting an export license (upon which all will magically be revealed), why for the last two years has there been a steady stream of takeover offers/executions of undeveloped projects (some only at PEA stage) that would almost certainly not have export licenses themselves because they’re not even fully permitted yet?

Your theory that all these parties have been secretly knocking on the door is too much a stretch of reality for me, and even if it were true, again it would be absurd in the extreme for Galan directors to keep quiet about it all while the stock continues to sell off. They would also be restricted from buying the stock themselves, which has not been the case.

I think if there’s any reasonable theory out there as to why Galan have not appeared to be a takeover target, @daando37 comes closest for me thus far.
