You're right about that. I so often forget something when I'm writing. I would like to add to your sentence.
Lithium chloride may not longer be a declared as a raw material in Argentina for long, because the change of government makes a rethink on this issue likely.
Incidentally, Volkswagen is pursuing the same strategy with solid-state batteries. Sensible in my opinion. It is the only way to reduce China's technological lead.
