Gln plans to produce 6% Licl liquid concentrate. Li mental may require 99.5%+ licl in form of powder like li carnonatr. More chemical processes are required to achieve the purity.
I do not know whether it requires a lot of know hows, capital investment, land and so on.
Simply put, based on my limited knowledge, GLN 6% Licl is like a rare material. Agree it depends on the judgement of Argentinan authorities. DYOR!
