Wonder if someone can give some insight as to how share prices behave post capital raising.
LKE raised A$20m this week at 0.07c per share. The share started trading yesterday and currently it is trading at 0.105c which is 50% higher than the capital raise price. Also the reason for the capital raise is to pay mengement salaries for the next while.
Why does GLN then trade at a significant discount after the capital raise price and various other like WR1 etc? Do these other companies not have cornerstone investors or what?
Wonder if someone can give some insight as to how share prices...
