He essentially confirms GLN's phase 1 off-take strategy with Glencore, which is great (that Glencore can use the brine to produce lithium carbonate locally in ARG)! What he questions is the idea that GLN, with the export licenses, could ship our liquid spodumene to places like China for lithium metal production. But then we just go back to the lithium carbonate route?
