@mondyinvest transactions like LPI are probably a better metric, because at this point, HMW is a stranded asset.
Peversely, by that metric HMW is worth at least 3x more in someone else's hands than JP taking it into production i.e. we have at least a 70% discount for JP taking the project into production.
