Thanks @horizon3 - yes, you're spot on. I went back and skimmed through the DFS stage 1 webinar (July 2023) and JP said there "plan A is to export" and that plan B was "to put that within Argentina" (23 min mark).

The thing I'd observe is that this is very much the narrative provided in the webinars... but an investor cheifly following the materials released to market would likely arrive at the opposite view. When you read the DFS's for both stages, neither make any mention of the word 'export' and both are very clear the sales strategy is to supply in-country to the 10 unnamed projects they reference. Naturally the logistics of exporting the product may change the economics (mostly around transport costs) so I wonder if export really is plan A, then if/when the license is received, they'll be issuing any updated/amended studies to explain how they see this working.
