Speaking of law....below is a snippet from the President himself...My understanding is the provincial gov (primarily Catamarca, Salta and Jujuy) are getting on the front foot with LiCl exports and want to approve export before being forced to by the federal gov per the below....Milei has made it very clear he wants to open things up and allow export. Just a matter of time and process in my opinion..
