Hi Tiger. I was of the understanding that the collateral shares remained held by Acuity (based on other companies I'd seen that used this type of facility), and that they only sold shares that were actually issued to them as part of a facility draw-down. However, someone shared with me today that the broker that Acuity use, BTIG, have been the largest net seller of stock since 22 April.
