I don't think Galan care or are relying on local feedstock now that they have export permits coming for stage 2..
I expect a chunky offtake for stage 2 is in the making.

If Glencore aren't offering funding with stage 1 offtake, like many others.. I agree - that would be a stupid move to offtake without a funding component.

I'm sure all will come out in the wash imminently and reveal whether management was reckless enough to rely on that prospect, or prove that funding was always coming, just pending formalities that we're unaware of.
