At the conference, why does JP keep referring to Galan's acquisition of the permit to export lithium chloride concentrate and its agreements as if they're already finalized? It seems like a notable development beyond a MOU.
Are we potentially overlooking something, or is JP perhaps overly optimistic and presuming these steps are already completed?
If so, could he be adopting a similar approach when discussing sorting out funding?
