Glencore will happen. If it wasn't going to happen, we (or they) already would have found a way out.
Not saying it's good, just saying they will be pursuing it. No reason for them to do otherwise, and every day its delayed strengthens their negotiating position (up until recent events - export enabling allows real tension as china could funs us with phase 2 offtake).
they at least now have some pressure on them due to GLN having another option on the table.
