JP has been waving a big red flag to the market and proudly announcing that Galan are still not using an external advisor for project financing. He may as well be holding a flashing neon sign that says "I've learnt nothing from the last 24 months, and I am still a clueless idiot".
Just sign up Macquarie, Azure or someone else for goodness sake and do a proper deal.
On the bright side, there'll be less debt and more free cash flow on the other side.
