I think what you had is a Provisional Tax.
For listed companies in Australia the tax rate is 30%. That’s across the board unless the company is what they call a Base Rate Entity which is basically a low revenue company and the rate is then 25%.
My confusion is more why the tax rate used in the DFS is 35%, and not 30%, seeing the company is incorporated in Australia. Which as far as I know means we don’t pay tax in Argentina, except for Royalties of 4 or 7% as the case may be.
I think what you had is a Provisional Tax.For listed companies...
