As a Chinese partner, I would welcome the following approach to Galan's HMW project:

• fix public consultation
• waiting for permit for phase 2
• clarification of the details of the export licence, e.g. mandatory construction of a carbonate plant in phase 4 or alternatively the construction of a Li-metal plant, etc.(with the provincial and federal government)
• opt out of the deal with Glencore
• Registration for the RIGI
• Revision of the DFS 2 study based on the RIGI advantages

Not necessarily in this order, but this should be possible in the next six months.
Candelas is not a negotiating option due to the temporary general suspension,
until a comprehensive environmental impact study is finalised.But could become the cherry on the cake.

And last but not least:

• Always answer the questions of annoying, insignificant shareholders from Germany quickly
