It's not reckless as Mondy has suggested. Can't win with Mondy, he would have been crying wolf if JP didn't follow his commitment.

I do share Mondy's cynicism about the timing of today's announcement - appeasing shareholders just in time for the AGM.

The rubbery statements about financial close sound no more progressed than 6 months ago, but I do take heart that construction has slowed down to conserve cash.

I also take heart from JP finally getting the message on a new CFO. About 2 years too late sadly.

I still think JP is on the nose with the market and we won't get a real re-rate until he either closes a JV with someone else as builder/operator, or puts in a builder and operator as CEO.
